Airline Travel Policy:
For shoots requiring airline travel, first-class accommodations will be provided for all crew members. Additional charges for luggage and equipment fees assessed by the airline will be added to the total cost. A 15% surcharge will be applied to cover any additional expenses not specifically itemized by the airline.
Travel Time (Automobile)
- For remote photo shoots, travel time is calculated from the closer of downtown Nampa, Idaho or the crew’s hotel location to the photo shoot destination.
- This policy applies to all crew members and accounts for the additional labor involved.
Additional Travel Fee
If travel time exceeds 30 minutes one-way, a fee of $20.00 per crew member is charged for every 15-minute increment beyond the initial 30 minutes. This fee is calculated for both directions (to and from the location).
Meal Expense Policy:
For every 4-hour period of travel away from the studio, a $25.00 meal expense will be added to the total fee to cover meal costs during the extended travel.
Overnight Stay Policy:
For photo shoots requiring travel to a location 6 hours or more away from the studio, hotel accommodations will be added at a minimum rate of $300.00 a night, or more, depending on market rate. The accommodations must meet the following criteria:
- Located in a safe area with a minimum 3-star rating or higher.
- Includes two or more separate beds for members of the same sex. Additional room rentals will be required to accommodate crew members of different sexes.
- Within a 30-mile radius (if possible) of the shoot location.
