Copyright, Usage, and Watermark
When Idaho Photography Studios takes your photos, we keep the copyrights. This means we decide how the photos are used. For example, we might put them on our website, use them in ads, or sell copies.
When you buy a digital image or print package, you can use it only for personal and social media sharing.
If you want to use the photos for business, you need to make a separate agreement with us. We always make sure each digital image looks its best. If you buy a digital image on its own, there is an extra fee for retouching.
To keep your printed photos looking great, order them directly from our professional print lab.
Both digital and printed photos will have a small studio watermark. This watermark shows our studio’s name but does not distract from the picture.
