How Ordering Works

  1. Session First
    Prints and wall art are ordered after your portrait session or wedding — not before. Session fees and coverage are listed on our individual Portrait, Business, Commercial, and Wedding Pricing pages.
  2. Design & Ordering Appointment
    We review your images together, discuss how you’d like to live with them, and guide you through size and finish choices.
  3. Approval & Production
    Once you approve your order, we handle the rest — retouching, lab coordination, quality control, and delivery.
  4. Installation (Optional)
    For larger projects and gallery walls, we can recommend local installers or provide guidance on hanging and arrangement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do digital files include prints?

Session and wedding collections include digital files as specified on those pricing pages. Prints and wall art are ordered separately so you only invest in the artwork you truly want to display.

Can I order prints later?

Yes — but we strongly recommend ordering while your images are freshly reviewed and available in our active archive. Long-term storage and retrieval may carry additional fees.

Can I print elsewhere if I buy digital files?

You can, but you’ll see a noticeable difference between consumer lab prints and our professional prints. For important pieces, we always recommend letting us handle the printing.

How do I know what size to order?

We’ll walk you through it. If you’d like, you can send a photo of your wall and we can suggest appropriate sizes and arrangements.

Do you offer payment options?

For larger artwork orders, we can discuss staged payments prior to production.
