All Real Estate Agent Photography packages include MLS and standard agent marketing use. Paid advertising and expanded campaigns are licensed separately.
Licenses are per image and tiered. Each tier includes all usage to the left. Only one advertising license is required per image, based on the highest level of use.

All packages include the photography session, guided posing, professional retouching, and digital delivery. There is no separate sitting or creation fee. Images are licensed for promotional use for the duration listed with each package. Paid advertising usage is licensed separately.
Standard Usage License
Each package includes a time-based promotional usage license, which allows your images to be used for everyday marketing and brand representation, including:
- MLS profiles
- Agent and brokerage websites
- Social media profiles and organic posts
- Email signatures and newsletters
- Printed marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, and signage
This licensing supports consistent brand visibility across the platforms most commonly used by real estate professionals.
Additional Add-ons
Additional Headshot Images
Many clients select multiple final images for use across different platforms, crops, or marketing needs.

Site Survey for New Locations
New office or on-location indoor sessions require a site survey prior to shoot day.
- Site Survey Fee: $295 (non-refundable)
- $145 credit applied toward the shoot when the session is booked
The site survey allows us to:
- Eliminate surprises on shoot day
- Evaluate lighting and usable backgrounds
- Confirm layout, space, and workflow
All future site survey fees at that same location are waived once the site has been surveyed.
Image Delivery & Retouching
All delivered images are professionally retouched to maintain a clean, polished, and natural appearance. Retouching focuses on skin tone balance, color accuracy, and overall refinement without altering likeness.
Final images are delivered digitally through a private online gallery and optimized for web and print use.
Additional retouched images may be purchased separately if desired.
License Renewal & Future Use
At the end of the licensing term, clients may choose to renew image usage at a discounted rate, upgrade licensing if marketing needs expand, or refresh their imagery with a new photography session.
Many real estate professionals update their branding photography every two to three years to stay current, consistent, and aligned with their evolving business.

Yes. All real estate agent photography packages include the photography session, guided posing, professional retouching, and digital delivery. There is no separate sitting or creation fee.
How can I use my images once they are delivered?
Each package includes a time-based promotional usage license. This allows use for MLS profiles, agent and brokerage websites, social media profiles, email marketing, and standard printed marketing materials.
Are images licensed for paid advertising?
Paid or boosted advertising usage is not included by default. This includes social media ads, Google Ads, Zillow ads, and print advertising campaigns. A paid advertising license may be added to any package.
How many images will I receive?
The number of fully retouched images included depends on the package selected. Additional retouched images may be purchased separately if needed.
How long can I use my images?
Licensing terms vary by package and are clearly listed with each option. At the end of the licensing period, usage may be renewed at a discounted rate or refreshed with a new session.
Do I need to be located in Boise to book a session?
No. We work with real estate professionals throughout the Treasure Valley, including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Caldwell.
